Step-by-Step Guide

Open Messaging
Click 'Messaging' under Connect in the sidebar.

Compose a message
Click 'New Message'. Type a subject and your message in the text area.

Send
Click 'Send Message'. Your message is encrypted and delivered to your provider.

Receive replies
When your provider replies, a red notification badge appears on the Messaging link in the sidebar. Click to read the reply.

Tips

  • Messaging is for non-urgent questions only. Response time is typically 1–2 business days.
  • For urgent concerns, call the office at (360) 342-6445. For emergencies, call 911 or 988.
  • All messages are encrypted end-to-end and HIPAA-compliant. Never share sensitive info by text or regular email.
