Create your account and learn how to navigate your dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to the sign-up page
Visit northwestpsychiatry.org/portal/signup from any browser on any device.

Enter your email and password
Use a valid email address and choose a strong password — minimum 12 characters. This will be your login going forward.

Click 'Create Account'
You'll immediately see a verification screen.

Enter the 6-digit code
Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for an email from Northwest Psychiatry. Enter the code on screen. Codes expire after 15 minutes — click 'Resend' if needed.

You're in!
Your dashboard loads automatically. Bookmark northwestpsychiatry.org/portal/dashboard for easy return access.
Tips
- Use a personal email address — not a work or school address — for better privacy.
- Passwords must be at least 12 characters. A passphrase like 'BlueSky-Mountain-42' is easier to remember than random symbols.
- If the verification email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you typed your email correctly.
