Create your account and learn how to navigate your dashboard.
Sign up at northwestpsychiatry.org/portal/signup — no invite code required.
Step-by-Step Guide

Go to the sign-up page
Visit northwestpsychiatry.org/portal/signup from any browser on any device.

Enter your email and password
Use a valid email address and choose a strong password — minimum 12 characters. This will be your login going forward.

Click 'Create Account'
You'll immediately see a verification screen.

Enter the 6-digit code
Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for an email from Northwest Psychiatry. Enter the code on screen. Codes expire after 15 minutes — click 'Resend' if needed.

You're in!
Your dashboard loads automatically. Bookmark northwestpsychiatry.org/portal/dashboard for easy return access.
Tips
- Use a personal email address — not a work or school address — for better privacy.
- Passwords must be at least 12 characters. A passphrase like 'BlueSky-Mountain-42' is easier to remember than random symbols.
- If the verification email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you typed your email correctly.
- Sharing an email with a family member? The portal supports multiple patient profiles under one email. Use the account switcher in the sidebar to switch between linked profiles without signing out. Ask your provider to link a spouse or child to your email during your visit.
