Step-by-Step Guide

Open the Appointments tab
Click 'Appointments' under My Care in the sidebar.

View upcoming appointments
Your next scheduled session shows at the top with the date, time, and visit type (Initial Evaluation, Follow-Up, Medication Management, etc.).

Join a telehealth appointment
On the day of your telehealth session, a 'Join Session' button appears on today's appointment banner. Click it to go straight to the Telehealth tab, where the Doxy.me waiting room loads inside the portal (desktop/Android) or in Safari (iPhone/iPad). You can also navigate to the Telehealth tab at any time from the sidebar Connect section.

Request a new appointment
Click 'Request New Appointment.' Choose a preferred date and time, appointment type, format (telehealth or in-person), and duration. You can also add a brief note about what you'd like to address. Submit the request — your provider will review and approve it. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved.

Reschedule an appointment
Find an upcoming appointment in the list and click 'Reschedule.' Select your new preferred date and time, add an optional reason, and submit. Your provider will review the reschedule request and you'll receive an email confirmation when it is approved.

Review past sessions
Scroll down to see your appointment history. Past sessions show the date, visit type, and status.
Tips
- After submitting a request or reschedule, watch for a confirmation email — it means your provider has reviewed and approved it.
- To request a new appointment, use the 'Request New Appointment' button in the Appointments tab.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling or cancelling to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
