Requests

Submit and track medication refill requests and records release authorizations.

Submit medication refill requests and track pending, approved, or declined requests.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to the Medications tab
Click 'Medications' under My Health to find the medication you need refilled.

Click 'Request Refill'
Find the medication and click the 'Request Refill' button next to it.

Add a note (optional)
Type any relevant information — such as your current pill count, pharmacy location change, or questions about the medication.

Submit the request
Click 'Submit Request'. A confirmation message appears.

Track the request
Open the 'Refill Requests' tab under Requests in the sidebar. All past and current requests appear here with their status: Pending, Approved, or Declined.

Check for a portal message
When your provider acts on the request, you'll receive a message in the Messaging tab.

Tips

  • Submit refill requests at least 5–7 business days before you run out of medication.
  • Controlled substances (Schedule II, III, IV) cannot be refilled through the portal. Call the office.
  • If a request is declined, your provider will include a reason in the portal message.
