Booking a new appointment

How to join
- Sign in to your client portal
- Click the Telehealth tab
- iPhone/iPad: tap 'Open in Safari'
- Provider will admit you when ready

Accepted insurance
Northwest Psychiatry works with Headway, which handles insurance verification and billing. Visit our Headway profile to see the current list of accepted insurance plans before booking.

After each appointment, Headway submits your claim to insurance and charges any applicable copay or coinsurance to the card on file in your Headway account. You'll receive an explanation of benefits from your insurer.
