Get the worry out of your head and onto paper.

Pick the shape your worry takes — a circling what-if, a harsh thought, or worry scattered through the day — and print a structured sheet to work it through. Free and private: nothing you choose here is saved or sent anywhere.

Why writing it down helps

A worry on paper holds still in a way a worry in your head does not. A structured sheet walks the same loop your mind is already running — what the worry is, what the evidence actually says, what a more balanced thought sounds like, and what you'd do if the hard thing happened — and gives the loop an ending.

1 · What does the worry look like?

2 · How many entries on the sheet?
