Welcome to the Northwest Psychiatry client portal. This short guide shows you how to sign in for the first time, and the quick setup that gets your chart ready before your first visit.
Signing in
There's no password to create or remember. On the sign-in page, enter your email address, and press 'Send sign-in code'.
We'll email you a six-digit code. Type it in and press 'Verify & sign in'. If a code hasn't arrived after a minute or two, check your spam folder, or press 'Send a new code'.
Your first setup
The first time you sign in, a short setup walks you through five steps: About you, Address and insurance, Contacts, Allergies, and Consents.
Press Continue at the end of each step to save it. If you need to stop partway, you can come back later and pick up where you left off.
On the Allergies step, add each allergy you have, or press 'I have no known allergies'. Your care team needs an answer either way.
Last come your consents, and how you'd like us to let you know when something needs you. Then press 'Finish & enter portal'.
You're in
You'll land on Home. It shows what needs you today: your next visit, and anything waiting on your To-Do list.
If you get stuck, Help, under Account in the menu, answers common questions. For anything urgent, call the office. And in a crisis, call or text 988, any time, day or night.
